General Information & Booking Terms

1. Number 43 is a no smoking establishment.
   
   
2. We do our best to accommodate individual requests, however we cannot always promise to reserve your preferred choice of room.
   
   
3. Arrival Time
   We request that you inform us of when you are to arrive so that there is someone to welcome you. Please telephone us the morning of your arrival to confirm the time. Your room will be ready from 4:00pm. It may be possible to accommodate earlier arrivals but we cannot guarantee availability.
   
   
4. Day of departure
   We ask that you please vacate your room by 11:00am
   
   
5. Booking
   A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per room is required before a booking can be confirmed. For security purposes, this must be paid by phone using either a credit or debit card.
   
   
6. Payment
   The balance of the cost of your stay will be payable and deducted from your credit card on departure, unless you choose to pay by another method.
   
   
7. Cheques
   Unfortunately we are not able to accept payment by cheque.
   
   
8. Cancellation
   We hope you don't have to but if you do we require 10 days notice and if cancelled after this time, we will charge a 100% cancellation fee (unless the room can be resold).
   
   
9. Changes
   Outside the 10 days notice, if you wish to change the dates of your stay a £20.00 administration fee will be payable.
   
   
10. Please note that a reservation is a legally binding contract and we urge you to take out holiday insurance at the time of booking.
    
    
11. Damages
    We charge for replacement or repairs of damage at cost. If we cannot use a room due to the damage we will have to charge you for the room until the damage is repaired and we can use the room again.
    
    
12. Parking
    There is parking available on the promenade, this does get very congested but spaces are normally available from 5.30 pm.
    
    
13. Cyclists are very welcome at Number 43. Bike storage is available at the rear of the property but we ask that you please check availability on booking.
